「 instant photoshot」

There were rare moments when she genuinely wanted to attempt the whole ‘insta-girlfriend’ picture. Unfortunately, that urge strikes her in an awful timing much like that second when she was walking around alone. The wall in which inspired the sudden picture to be taken was filled with this massive graffiti art of some awesome League of Legends champion. Clearly, the artist was a gamer too. Which of course, definitely, appealed to her gamer side. 

“Fuck it...” She mumbles to herself after standing by the piece of art for a few minutes, taking stand-alone pictures and a selfie, Olivia’s finds herself a bit frustrated with the outcome. With a sudden determination to get the right picture, she quickly spots a guy walking towards her. Approaching him with that she hopes to be a polite smile, she starts sweetly “excuse me, if you’re not too busy, would you mind?” gesturing towards the colourful wall with her phone.

the recent reunion with minhee had reconnected her with with more friends she never thought she’d ever see again. not to say she cut off all contact from the middle school crowd or anything, but that’s basically what happened. the whole incident and all...well—she’s just glad no one seems to remember it anymore. 

she’s never been too close with junho, but they’ve hung out enough for her to be casual with him. being ex-classmates and all, it’s been awhile since she’s seen him. this halloween is the first time in two years, and it forces her to realize that, wow, boys grow quickly. he’s gotten taller since they last met (just like a certain someone else), and it’s embarrassing to say, even in her head, but much more handsome as well. 

though it’s not enough to distract her from the costume said handsome face had on. she’s already laughed loud enough to alert the entire venue of their presence, but now as they’re taking a break on the bench, she can’t help but peek at him with stifled laughter. 

“it’s great, by the way. the outfit,” she’s already told him this, but it deserves another mention. it’s just the two of them sat there though, since the others left to buy refreshments, so she tries her best not to let the atmosphere drop. “i didn’t get a chance to say this earlier, but...it’s been so long! i’ve missed you.”

eunsang's nervous, going over the lyrics and melody in his head. it's not a matter of him not remembering, but instead a last-ditch effort to perfect the song, somehow. changing anything this late into the process is pretty much impossible, but it doesn't stop his mind from running wild anyway. that's the downside of choosing to perform an original song, he supposes.

"it's going to be fine, right?" he laughs nervously as he tightens his hold on junho's hand, sat beside him in support just before his turn on stage. "like, it's fine if no one likes it, but...no one's going to yell at me to stop, right?" his overactive imagination doesn't help. "that'd be really embarrassing. and sad. i'd be so sad," he ends up whining, looking like he's about to cry.

still, it's a big step for him. performing live with just about any song would've been nerve-wracking as is, but the brave side of him that decided on being extra about it a few days ago really wanted current-him to suffer. he's not prepared for anything else in the event of a song change, and even then, it'd feel too much like a defeat for him to be happy with it. so he just has to go through with it. that's that.

"where did minhee go..." he notices the other boy's absence during his lamenting. "is he going to leave me alone here? well, not alone alone, since you're here for me," he then smiles fondly at junho, wondering if the other boy was going to call him out on his weird behavior anytime soon. "thanks for being here for me, chacha."
