His post is dated December 23rd, so it will be 10x15... they started filming that episode before breaking for the Holidays and pick up from where they left off today.

Yeah, it's weird that she doesn't know the exact details of her amputation, but not everything makes sense on Grey's. Then again, maybe she didn't want to know until now...

I’m worried in case this hoax guy is actually telling the truth, that would imply that this entire shitty story line was all for nothng :/

I'm not going to lie, the thought that it could be true is in the back of my mind and will remain there until the episode airs so we can see for ourselves. If it turns out that this guy is telling the truth, I just hope the papers are Arizona's medical records and not divorce papers.
