Using efficient double-stranded RNAs (edsRNAs), the team engineered a method to supercharge plant immunity by delivering highly effective small interfering RNAs (siRNAs). These siRNAs target the virus's RNA at multiple points, offering a broad-spectrum and adaptable defense.
