Rnthyu sits in her bed, back against the wall, a curtain drawn to cut out the rooms light while she tapped away on the dimmed screen of her tablet.
She jumps a little hearing Watch'r's voice, her head lifting and tired eyes needing a moment to register the words. A smile slips its way into the corners of her mouth, the soft gaze she only gives her mate once again slipping onto her face.
"Happy matesprites day, my space beyond.... Come sit with me, won't you...?"
She's become addicted to those puzzle solving mobile games... Perhaps a strange brain like Watch'r's can get a better handle on them than her own.

on Rnthyu's phone she is sent a picture of a familiar black kitten sitting on a strange and ancient looking throne. there's text below it that captions "your meowjesty". Clearly Watch'r's doing.
Alone in her room the corners of Rnthyu's mouth turn into a smile for a moment. Meowjesty. Adorable.
Arceel and Watch'r hadn't said where they were going, but she didn't think it'd be somewhere with a fixture like that.
"I hope you aren't giving his meowjesty too many treats, otherwise he might get a tummy ache. How's the trip going?"
She hesitates, wanting to add more, ask how he's doing, but presses send before she gets too into her own head about it.
