Ro-bar is Swindle with green optics. Like, I'm very sure he was supposed to be Swindle but then they decided to change it.

So far our baby decepticons in this show are: Mega-octane (some sort of shooty shooty thing), Armorhide (tank), Ro-bar(artillery gun vehicle), Move-or(space shuttle), Rotor (helicopter), and Scourge (oil tanker. Kinda.)
