Geralt has a photorealistic tattoo of roach + her name in a pretty script on his back and underneath that in big red block letters it says IF FOUND UNCONSCIOUS PLEASE RETURN TO ROACH

Jaskier has a tattoo that says if found please DO NOT return to Geralt, but everyone ignore the not part, much to Geralt's eternal chagrin.
