Another amazing crew of filmmakers we came across during the Hobo With A Shotgun contest was RKSS.tv - aka Roadkill Superstars. A group of young Quebec based filmmakers that seem to be ahead of the curve with their style and skill (and love of mixing comedy with gore). This was by far the most professional project in the contest along with their other trailer (below), but it turned out they had made these trailers outside of the festival, were unaware there were rules about when the trailers could be made and were excluded from the competition.

But... these guys are doing such awesome work, it really needs to get noticed!! Hopefully anyone who sees this post will reblog or re link the videos in their social sites. These are the people who made the insane short film Bagman that we saw years back, and now they've been attempting to bring Bagman to the big screen as a feature.

Check out the original Bagman Short and the new concept trailer they've made for it. We like this new breed of Canadian Filmmaker, from Jason Eisener's Hobo With A Shotgun (obviously Jason is in a league above at this point), to Max Shwadchuck, and RKSS, we're excited about the future of Canadian Genre Films (and we do note chances are we are missing loads of other talent) - we just hope people in positions to make cool Genre Films notice these talents too!!!
