It is finally here Regionals week for the #centralregion of the @crossfitgames going down in #columbusohio We'd like to wish a ton of PRs, much speed, and infinite oxygen to the @crossfit8035 team. We've seen them in action at a lot of the local events we support and know they're ready to surprise some teams who don't have the right mix for the grueling weekend.
