When you come back from a 2 week vacation having partaken in but a few workouts... Really makes you appreciate your fitness haha. I sucked today but it's only Monday. Gimme a week and I'll feel normal again!! 10-8-6-4-2 reps push press 135# & 50-40-30-20-10 reps double unders. Group class advanced workout was thrusters but I had to modified to push press. Taking time off squatting. Yep sometimes I modify workouts. Hitting some row & @assaultairbike intervals today as well as my shoulder rebuilding.
