hi kaylee, i was just wondering if we’re meant to receive an emailed receipt/confirmation of purchase for orders from your shop? i feel like it’s fairly standard practice these days and while i was taken to a receipt/order received page after placing my order, i never got an email. i did check my spam and that i provided a valid email address!
no worries if not, i’m just so used to receiving an email after making an online purchase that not getting one felt like just cause to make sure my order went through and i’m not missing any communication about it. or like, that my computer isn’t haunted 👻
hey! i just double checked my shop settings and email receipts were indeed turned off by mistake, whoops! it's switched back on now, so any future orders should get receipt emails.
(also, i checked the orders list & yours did indeed go through! if you want me to send an email receipt feel free to shoot me an email and i'll send it to you!)
