For the perfect crispy roasted parsnips first steam for four minutes then place directly into a large bowl with a generous sprinkle of almond flour, grated Parmesan and some ground flax. Season well. Cover the bowl with foil and the remaining steam will help the mixture stick to the parsnips. Heat the ovens to 200c and place the coated veg on a silicone sheet on a baking tray and bake for approx 30minutes.
