When I make coffee in the morning, I literally make coffee in the morning. This was today's home roast: raw green Columbian beans roasted to a slow medium, bringing our all the notes of toffee, milk chocolate and hazelnuts. About to try something new. Got some fresh green Nicaraguan beans today, and I'm going to roast them in h hot cast iron wok. I've never done this before. #coffee #oldschool #roastingathome
