I didn’t know you were a transformers fan what are you favourite continuities? 
Yo!!
Yeah, I'm hella into Transformers! I was big heavy into it growing up (I'm 25 now lol) and I've tossed it around in my head for a year or two to get into it from start to finish as an adult.
There's many fandoms/series that I watched as a kid but like didn't really grasp it completely until I rewatched them or reread them as an adult and fully immersed myself with my "adult memory" I guess LOL so it's like rediscovering things I liked as a kid but having the adult brain to actually digest it all instead of it being "mindless entertainment" lol!
So, now I've decided to make the big leap and get back into Transformers as an adult! Some of my favorite continuities will always be Transformers Prime and Bayverse. Honestly, I feel like those continuities have the vibe I like of Transformers the most. Like with the action/plot combo that I really enjoy and I like Michael Bay's take on Transformers! I fucking LOVED Bayverse Optimus--he's so hardcore and cool! All I can see is him ripping apart that one ancestor prime's face in Revenge of the Fallen and being like--
"Give me your face." and like SHREDDING it in two. And then grabbing his core/heart and crushing it and being like
"I rise, YOU fall." LIKE WHAAAT???
The fucking AURUA Optimus has is insane!! Also, I'm a big fan of Alex Kurtzman. A lot of films/series he's written/co-written and developed I've HEAVILY enjoyed even before I knew who he was! So him, Roberto Orci (his co-writing partner) and Michael Bay are just chef's kiss for me!
So, I feel that that trio being a part of Transformers Prime and Bayverse is why I liked these continuities so much without knowing the team developing it (as a child.) Now that I'm an adult, It's like I'm falling in love all over again--and this time it happens to be with the Transformers Fandom!
My main goal is to read it from start to finish comics wise (there's a helpful master post to help newer readers begin the comics that I aim to follow) Up until IDW and proceed from there. Then, in the meantime just watch some Transformers shows and movies LOL! This is going to be a project and steep task, but honestly I'm all here for it and excited to jump into this fandom again!
Transformers fans are so devoted and insightful and I fucking LOVE it!
