SciAdv Hyperfixation
I previously posted about going on a Visual Novel kick, and I can further report that I have been particularly hyperfixating on the SciAdv franchise lately. It’s kind of a lonely thing to be obsessed with because there’s like, seven whole English-speaking people on the Internet who care about SciAdv. It’s not like you see active communities for people who love this universe, sadly. But that’s where my brain has lived these past few weeks.
I’ve now played through Steins;Gate Elite, Robotics;Notes Elite, and Robotics;Notes DaSH. I’m currently almost finished with Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace (yes, I’ve gone there), and next up will likely be Chaos;Child. I’m not sure if I’ll be burnt out by the time I finish that one or if I’ll go on to do even more with this. Obviously, there are still a couple titles available in English that I haven’t touched (Steins;Gate 0 and Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram) — plus a couple more that are only available via fan translations, if I’m really willing to take things to that level (Chaos;Head and Chaos;Child Love Chu Chu). So I could feasibly extend this a bit more with some extra effort...
Of course, I really wish I could read some of the Japan-only spinoff manga, but alas. I haven’t found anybody who has translated those for the English crowd.
Added this anime in.
Due to Bonanza's change in fees, stuff will be on rotation. If you're interested in listings that don't seem to be in the booth but is in this blog, send a message - I might still have it.
Weird romance arc at end? Oh damn, I ship those four. I'm a little disappointed actually.
I spent today call hopping because there were too many people I wanted to talk to, but in the end, the calls were empty, so now it's time to binge some anime woooo the last five episodes of Robotics; notes

Finished Robotics; Notes
Overall, I thought it was a good anime. There were some plot holes left unanswered but I did get my fill of teen angst and mecha.
