I NEED TO YELL AT SOMEONE ABOUT THIS, I got the Sailor Moon S Part 1 DVD a few weeks back and I don't remember these episodes as well as the first 2 seasons, but bruh I think I might ship Haruka/Usagi a little bit? Just Haruka and Michiru's flirtiness with all the Sailor Scouts is so charming and I love them even those they can both be assholes at times? Also UsaMamo is really cute when they're just casual and not being torn apart by the universe ;www;

ALWAYS YELL AT ME ABOUT THESE THINGS.And welcome to the good ship Haruka/Usagi, because I really do intensely ship them, like, if I didn’t love other pairings so much, they would absolutely be a hardcore ship.  I mean, that’s probably true of a lot of pairings in the series (LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY MINAKO/USAGI AND MAKOTO/USAGI FEELINGS) but still.  The ‘90s anime isn’t as strong with them and seemed to cut out the textual attraction there (at the very least on Usagi’s side, Haruka being more complicated, imo) but they had some great moments and I just really, really love Usagi being attracted to these cool prince type of people who are secretly GIANT SOFTIES underneath, who are calm and cool with 99% of the world, but then there’s Usagi and they just melt over her.I love Michiru’s general flirtiness, yesss.  I actually love Michiru, like, really ridiculous amounts, because she can be so cutting at times, she’s wrapped up in all this polite Japanese elegance and then she also has this really razor sharp way of landing her words perfectly and yet she also just cares so very much and I LOVE KAIOU MICHIRU OKAY.I am forever sad that the anime had 200 episodes and we got not nearly enough of UsaMamo being cute and just hanging out, because that’s what they’re built on.  Yes, the epic stuff is amazing!  But I loved all those little moments they had in the manga, where they’re just a normal couple working through normal stuff and acting like normal teenagers!

You’re all a bunch of encouraging and enabling assholes.  Truly, I have found my people.  ♥ I couldn’t help falling into YOI fandom, it’s so enthusiastic and happy!  Like, I’m sure it has its dumpster fire areas as any megafandoms do these days, but I haven’t really been super exposed to that part of it, I’ve only seen the happier, shinier parts, and even going through the tags didn’t really change that.  So of course I fell into this ice skating hell, it was just too much fun and too shiny to resist!  Especially when I needed something to distract me for a little while from how terrible everything else is lately, it feels like.

let’s see…i’ve always liked this bit of nsfw dialogue from “you pull me out of line”:

the hardest thing for me to write is what @radiatorfromspace and i refer to as the ‘preliminaries’, everything that leads up to the sexy stuff. porn i can do, no problemo, but the preliminaries…getting them there…ugh, it’s so hard for me ;_;
