這道菜讓我想起了某個中菜常用的手法,把麵粉或麵線炸好裹在蝦子上, 小圓球中間就是一顆沒熟的蛋,輕輕切開後蛋汁就會流出來.我想喜歡的人應該會很愛吧.
最底下是濃郁的CHEESE醬綠色的是菠菜還是蘆筍泥,兩個的味道都不錯,只是似乎不應該放在一起….有種各自為政的感覺.

Never thought a leftover dinner date can be so gourmet. ☺️☺️ leftover bread from #Robouchon with iberico ham from #ham&sherry. Pomelo salad, Thai style omelette, shrimp paste fried rice and grilled pork neck from #mangotree. Steak fiorentina from #bellavita.
