#grantchester #grantchester spoilers #robson green #al weaver #gottagobackintime gifs #I could talk for hours about this storyline #the way Geordie is uncomfortable and scared and uncertain #but still trying and then not saying and doing the right things #but in the end he finally manages to tell his son that he loves him #and there's that one scene where he talks to Alfie and he says something like the world is gonna chew his son up #and he doesn't know if he's going to be a wallflower or if he'll have to warn him about getting arrested in men's toilets #because they are still living in a time where it's illegal to be gay #and I love that he took what Leonard said about his dad making sure he knew he was a disappointment to heart #and made sure that his son knows that he'll always be proud of him #so yeah I could talk about this for hours

Just saw that "Grantchester" is going to end with season 11. They just announced it this morning on social media with a pic of the cast as they started filming the final season. I had wondered if the end was getting close and I've loved the show this whole time. I'm sad but to go 11 seasons is great. Also wondering like others if James and Tom will come back for the final season too and the ending. I feel it'd be great to see all 3 of the vicars together with Geordie and everyone again.
