Our 11th annual Domestic Violence counts census report is released today. It is filled with stories and statistics that illuminate the critical services provided every single day to survivors of domestic violence. Unfortunately, the phenomenal work of domestic violence programs is sadly undermined by a lack of resources. In a single day, nearly 12,000 requests for services could not be met due to a lack of funds, staffing, or both.
