omg I may be stupid but I just noticed u switched to coloring Anakins tabards black in vol 3

I did! When I first started GL, I didn’t do character turnarounds or plan out literally anything and kind of messed up the values on some of their designs. Anakin on the left is much truer to canon imo.

Another change I made was to Ashoka. In vol. 1, her outfit was completely black.

Soon realized it was giving Sith so I added more variation to her in later chapters!

I fucking love being insane about a ship where I like seeing both of them as tops/bottoms. Everything is for me. All the art. All the fic. It all appeals to MEEEEE

So I thought it’d be fun to share some of the obscure reference images I use in Guiding Light.

Why why whyyy as someone who hates drawing vehicles, robots, tech, etc…. did I think doing a Star Wars comic was a good idea?? 🙄 It’s worth it for the Obikin. But next comic will be an AU. They will NOT be no more space ships. 💀💀💀

- Guiding Light will return 9/11!! I’m so excited to start posting again! If you’re not caught up or don’t know what I’m talking about, you can check out the master post here!

- Chapters will be released in 3 parts (roughly 3-4 pages) on Thursdays. I will do my best to stay consistent, but no guarantees…😅

- You can become a member of ‘Galaxy’ on my ko-fi if you’d like to read complete chapters when I update.

- AO3 will be updated after chapters have been released on ko-fi/Tumblr.
