rockman strategy is cool so heres my favorite zodiac master

Fan is such a strange little guy. Like here's this official Taiwanese Mega Man strategy game where you face off against a new group of aliens named and designed after the Western zodiac and their bosses who aren't. Everyone has sprites made from 3D models and a lot of folks get new (or redone) art for their portraits. There's even a new character on the box AND on the title screen, fighting alongside Mega Man and Rush.

And then Fan is a completely optional character with no explanation for who he is or why he's here. No dialogue after recruitment, no hints in the game for how to get him, presumably not even a mention in a manual (assuming it even had one since it was a PC game). Just an unlock requirement only uncovered thanks to asking a developer directly because of how obtuse it was to figure out.

anyway i think he deserves to have a juice box and confuse others by popping up when they least expect it :)
