Turning to look back || @rockthattoxic
Mei had finally finished her journey and became Unova's new champion. Though that wasn't her true goal, she had just wanted to try it out. She had always wanted her own Pokemon and now she had a full party. Though she thought to herself that it was time to head home. She started to bike all the way to Castelia city, she didn't want to fly as she wanted to remember her journey. Each place now held dear memories to her and she could remember what happened when she got to each place.
Feeling the wind blow through her hair, she had finally reached the bustling city by evening. It wasn't as crowded than during the day though there was still quite a number of people still out. As she boarded the boat that was going to Virbank City. She could feel how close to home she was yet she still had to walk quite a way till she reached Aspertia City. Old memories, things that she could only look back on, though she had no regrets. She was rather content in her state that she was in right now.
Finally after getting off she walked the streets of Virbank City as she remembered walking into the Complex for the first time. It was such a sight! Especially at night she thought to herself as she gave a soft smile to herself. Turning her head to the side she noticed a familiar building as it was the Virbank City Gym. She thought to herself as she noticed the sun was setting that maybe it would be a good idea to see Roxie. She enjoyed the other's music as well so why not? Heading towards the Gym.
She walked down the stairs as she heard the girl playing in the gym as usual. Opening the door she was blasted with music as she gently closed the door and and watched as the girl kept playing. When the song was over she gave a small applause as she spoke up softly.
"Roxie! It's so nice to see you! Your music is still nice just like always. Has there been many challengers lately?"
She spoke as even if there was so much going on in her life, she hadn't thought to stop and see how other's life were holding up. She liked listening to other's stories as she always had. Being more quiet about what she actually had done herself. Though she hoped at least things were going well for the Rock Star.
