We love vintage advertising, especially when it has a story behind it. Between 1925 and 1932, Kohler commissioned original oil paintings for what still ranks as our most extensive ad campaign. These Rockwellian family scenes with rosy-cheeked children washing up in the bathroom or helping out in the kitchen were printed in full color and ran in magazines like Harper’s and The Saturday Evening Post.
