Tom Brady has a 4 game suspension over a flat football?
Tom Brady has a 4 game suspension over a flat football?
as great as the National Football league and make no mistake about it
NFL is the best Sports based team concept going in America to me and it ain’t even close.
NBA is a soap Opera all to predictable and Baseball is in a time warp at times
and trying to matter in others. Hockey is still geared at demographyic which doesn’t include everybody.
anyway if you have ever played Pick up basketball,…

Two Paths We Need Not Take
the NFL has a deal with Big Pharma since you push players down the opiate path.
17 January 2016
Commissioner Roger Godell
National Football League
280 Park Avenue, Suite 12
New York, NY 10017
Dear Commissioner Godell:
Early this week, we were all made aware of the story involving Chandler Jones of the New England Patriots and synthetic marijuana. Because Mr. Jones acted so erratically, that is where most of the concentration concerning the story has been. However, I think…

Remember 2.5 years ago, when the NFL and the players shook hands on a new collective bargaining agreement on human growth hormone testing? Part of the accord was to start blood testing for HGH. No progress has been made. Both sides are still haggling over the details about whether NFL commissioner Roger Godell, or a neutral arbitrator will handle certain types of appeals. Fortunately as a non-player you don’t have to deal with the NFL—or NBA or MLB. You can benefit from all of the benefits (burn fat, build muscle, speed up injury recovery, increase stamina, maintain you HGH-chiseled physique, and enhance a general feeling of well-being: check depression) of a 100% safe HGH transdermal patch protocol without a sniff of worry or scandal because unresolved organized athletic rules don’t apply to you, do they? NFL Wall has finally cracked
MR. GOODELL tear down that wall! My enthusiasm when those words leave my mind and are being typed on my keyboard, I can most certainly tell you are with more pleasure than when Reagan reasoned with Gorbachev to knock down the Berlin Wall. It is official gents and ladies, after one hundred and thirty two laboriously dull and on pleasant days, the NFL Lockout is over. An agreement has been reached and unanimity has been struck. The NFLPA and the NFL Owners have come together through thick and thin and generated a deal that fits both very well. Now some fans would say this was a process that could have been prevented and was lengthy. Truth be told, it is a pleasant thing it happened when it did. No one like a strike or lockout, but we are not talking about games being missed and the season cancelled like the 1994 MLB players strike and the 2004-2005 NHL lockout were or even this year’s worry of season being cancelled in the NBA. No worries people, their will not be any replacement players donning my Skins burgundy and gold, even though replacement players brought us Sean Payton and Gene Hackman as a heroic coach in the movie “The Replacements. “ Bottom line, this is a ten year agreement that didn’t effect a day of normal football schedule. Yes, those who went on undrafted could not be signed until the lockout ended. Yes, free agency was delayed. Yes, treatment for certain players was delayed and yes training camp was pushed back but doesn’t these raise interest. The next few days and weeks are going to see the most player movement in NFL History. Free Agents, Trades, Undrafted Free agents mixed with affluent owners money and their battle to get above or below the salary cap spells out one mind-blowing of an off-season.
Think about all the boredom us as fans were put through. Players want the books, owners don’t want to open the books. A man like Jeff Pash who if before the lockout if I had seen on the street would has mistaken for a dentist. As much as I hated the process I couldn’t get away from it. Day after day I watched Jason LaCanfora and John Clayton tell me things that an average NFL fan doesn’t care about. What the fans wanted was a deal and we got it. The United States most admired sport is back and it is those twenty two weeks every year that keep me sited on my living room couch.
This year when July 30 hits it will not only mark the end of the trading deadline in MLB but the core of free agency in the NFL. The average sports fan can now sit and watch Baseball Tonight Deadline Special and witness Carlos Beltran get dealt to the Red Sox and than tune into NFL Live and watch Kevin Kolb join a new franchise. This many moves this late in the year for the NFL should make for some prime time television. In close, I have to thank Roger Goodell and Demaurice Smith because if the NFL didn’t come to an agreement and the season continued to be halted any longer, I would have been hearing, “ELLIOTT THEIRS NO NFL, LETS GO SHOPPING AT CHARLOTTE RUSSE!” No offense to the specialty women’s chain retail store and as much as I love my gorgeous girlfriend but I much rather prefer watching the gladiators of the gridiron as I sip down Sammie Adams and indulging on several pizza bites!
Extra Period: I like take this time and say RIP to Mrs. Myra Craft, wife of New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft who passed away the other day. My hopes and prayers are to a great family and organization. Lastly I would like to say rest in peace to my nephew who would have been twenty one on 7/17. He was a devoted sport person and fan of the New England Patriots, and he was devoted family person and I was glad to call him my Nephew. RIP Anthony Meyers 7-17-90 – 10-17-08
