“Helloooo, everybodyyyyy!” Nial greeted the crowd with a huge grin on his face, “how are we feeling tonight, Halifaaaaax???” The people in front of the stage roared and screamed with joy and excitement, eager for the concert to begin. All of the boys were in an excellent mood, beaming with happiness. Niall took his guitar and started playing the first notes of the song they started off  with, with an old classic: the “Best Song Ever”. And about ten seconds into the song they had the crowd jumping up and down and singing along. It was amazing, a chill evening and the sun was about to set, illumintaing the scene. You however coulnd`t see and take in any of this… you were still stuck in traffic.

It was crazy, there seemed to be cars everywhere. Why had this to happen, today of all days? It was yours and Niall`s two months anniversary and he had invited you to the concert to spend some time with you on that special day - after being apart for almost half a year, you couldn`t wait to see him again and he was equally excited to finally be reunited. Still… the car didn`t seem to move a single inch. There were horn blowing outside and people shouting at each other and you just tried to keep it down.

Meanwhile, Niall started to panic slighty. He had planned to surprise you, but you were nowhere to be seen. He had to improvise, so he whispered something into Harry`s ear, who passed it on to the other guys. Then Harry asked if it was somebody`s birthday today. Quite a bunch raised their hands and they all sat down on the stage and started to sing Happy Birthday. By the time they were halfway through, you were rummaging through security and the backstage area to get to the stage as soon as possible (luckily the bodyguards knew you and let you in without any problems). As soon as you were within audible rear of Nial, you screamed out his name. They had just finished singing, so it was moderately quiet and his head immediately shot up at the sound of your voice. “Saxon”, he whispered out, then a smile broke on his face, wider than ever before and his eyes light up with deep love. Again, he whispered something to Harry, who started to shush the crowd. When Niall spoke, you got all giddy inside. “So, tonight is a special evening for me. Two months ago I ran into the lovely girl I can call my girlfriend today and I want to dedicate this next song to her. Saxon… I love you.” He waved for you to come out on the stage, the crowd was already awww-ing and yay-ing. You moved shyly, too aware of the hundreds of eyes staring at you. He kissed you on the lips gently (the fans went wild) before motioning for the guards to let you down into the crowd, starting to play “Little Things”. He kept eye-contact with you throughout the whole song and it was the best anniversary ever.
