Me and mum love the Youtiao Rojak (S$3.50) from Dough Culture (小麥家). The youtiao (油条) or fried dough sticks are fried till crunchy then drizzled with sweet and tangy sauce made from fermented prawn paste, sugar, lime and/or chilli paste. For takeaway, the sauce is packed separately so you can still enjoy the crispy texture of the youtiao in the comfort of home or office.
