sorry this took so long, I got to drawing things and then my friend encouraged me to half-ass the art so it'd be done in a more timely manner
so yeah! space romance!
it's pretty rough atm, I haven't spent a lot of time thinking about it in-depth, so things will surely be elaborated upon as I think about it
this is the solar system I'm primarily focusing on! every celestial body is in some way habitable, though not necessarily to every living being (most mortals can't live on the sun or the gas giants, for instance)
these names are placeholders, ftr, except the Reef and the Barrier, I quite like those names. I also need a name for this system besides "the sol system" since it makes me think of our real one first.
also the dots under their names are the number of major habitable moons/dwarf planets it has. other asteroids of the Reef and Barrier and moons of Tundra and Oceans certainly have habitation, they're just not noteworthy enough to be marked by most diagrams.
for the sapient beings of the system, I don't have them fully sketched out yet, but I do have a few things as a jumping-off point.
ælfolk
the most common people across the system, native to Marble. they're pretty ordinary all things considered, and have a wide variety of subtypes. this one here is the garden variety/platonic ideal of an ælfolk, in simple garb.
fairymice
the smallest people of the system, native to Marble, though present on many worlds. they often coexist with ælfolk settlements/enclaves, though there are a few independent fairymouse colonies.
starkids
one of two(?) kinds of wishborne, created when a wish floats aimlessly about space. they're born as nondescriptly humanoid-shaped black nebulae, but exposure to other (humanoid) intelligent people will shape their appearance to resemble a child of whatever people they live amongst. this one here is an individual raised in a primarily ælfolk background. they wear masks to focus their identity and personality, as without one for too long, they'd dissipate into stardust.
sunfolk
the other kind of wishborne, created when a wish falls into the sun. upon hatching from its sunstone shell, the sunfolk will grow a tough shell of sol-iron around their soft, fiery skin. they are rarely seen outside of their home and birthplace, usually guarding a mortal of their choosing. while mortals find them eerie and intimidating, their smaller cousins adore them, as do the sunfolk in turn.
there's a few other intelligent creatures I have in store, but haven't gotten around to finding a design for (namely void angels and dragons). others I haven't yet found a way to fill the niche in a way I like, like a precursor people, a few varieties of artificial people, and a people form the next star system over.
Ask game!
I love these because I can learn more about my moots!
And my following who don't reciprocate my love for them (joke)

Yahoo!!!! Same here!!!!
What calms you down?
I would say being alone works the best for me. Listening to music also helps.
If you could go anywhere with anyone you want, where would it be and who would you bring?
If it's including fictional worlds, maybe @mystic-menagerie and Veetragoul. If not, maybe just anywhere with snow (Switzerland maybe?), always wondered what that was like.
