Do you ever like a certain character in a fandom, but for one reason or another, you hesitate to consider them one of your favorite characters? In the Street Fighter fandom, I like how Charlie Nash was portrayed in the Street Fighter Alpha series, but I don't like that he was reduced to a zombie bent on revenge in Street Fighter 5. If the developers wanted to maintain Charlie's status as Guile's dead bestie, I would've been fine with that, if he was allowed to rest in peace.

Then, there's Rolento. I love his design; he's a memorable character. He isn't evil like M. Bison is, but I'm pretty sure I would find his obsession with the military and his dream utopia annoying.

Then, there's Eagle. He kinda reminds me of Dudley, but more intimidating-looking. Unfortunately, there is not much known about his story, other than the fact that he is a bouncer, hates evildoing, and is acquainted with Guile and Sagat. I like to think he has potential, but I would like to see him fleshed out more as a character.
