** ~ A round body sure as hell did not bode well when it comes to climbing stairs.        Good thing that the BB-unit was very rarely alone, or else he might get stuck on any       stairway in his path. Unless he’d choose to swing his way up using his various gadgets.

       Which.. was just a bit too much in many ways.

      “  Broo-waaah-wooiio! Bwrroo-beeiip wrooo  !!  “

Rey had stumbled across BB-8 stuck on the stairs after she rounded a corner. She laughed quietly as she crouched down so she was almost eye level with the BB Unit, reaching out and affectionately running her hand over the half dome of his head. “No need to thank me,” she shook her head. 

“Why don’t I just carry you up instead?” she asked before she stood up. She was thankful that she had more control over the Force because she easily lifted BB up and carried him up the stairs. “There you go,” she said as she set him down. “Better? Where were you headed, anyway?” she smiled at him.

R2D2 turned his head toward the small droid. Recognizing the BB8, he showed him the holofoto that he was holding in one of his manipulators. He beeping.

** ~ Finding someone who was willing to stick themselves out like this.. to help a lone droid.        The head of his would tilt up, getting a good look up at the jedi that had given him this       statement.

      Thus, came a bow of respect, head falling down far down his globed body, before         prompty gliding back to the top.

      “  Bwooo-waah!  “

      Another pause, head shifting from side to side, looking around somewhat frantically.

     “  Wraaa-bwooo-bweeep!  “

[I get a little scared.]

“Hey, any time! No one should be scared and alone.” An easy smile lit Jaina’s features, more reminiscent of her mother for once than the typical smirk she usually adopted from her father. After all, it was the Skywalker in her that gave her a soft spot for droids, surely. 

“I’ve got a little BB unit back with my X-wing, I bet she’d love to meet you. We call her Queenie.” Q3N was her official designation but her personality had come out and the name had stuck. “She’s only not with me because she’s finishing up a repair for me. You’re not out here alone, are you? Wheres your partner?”

There were few constants when it came to war. Few that could remain at your side untouched by the carnage and death that came battle after battle. It’s what Poe had always loved about droids. Their potential immortality, their lack of aging and their programmed loyalty. A droid could never lie to you, would likely never leave your side, would never die in battle. Not like men.

“She really did a number on you buddy.” Poe’s voice broke the clamor of the camp as he looked over the large scrape on BB-8′s paint. He’d had him specially designed, the paint job done years ago. Orange and white the colors of the resistance, everything about the Captain was symbolic. It’s who he was, a symbol of the resistance army. He’d been with the rebellion since he’d left Corellia, and had supported her even there. Some things would never change.

“Maybe I should make her pay for the repair, what do you think?”

“Well hello there.” she said as the little BB unit approached her, she tilted her head at the little droid. “I’ve heard rumor that you have the map to my son, is that true?”

     “Don’t worry, BB-8, we can get you the parts we need.” She smiles down at the droid, one hand resting on him after she fixed his antenna. “What do you need first?”

my opinion on;

character in general: Who doesn’t love the cutest of all droid-kindhow they play them: SUPER fantastic interpretation, and wonderful translations that stick well and remain in BB-8′s voice. Idk how better to put it. But follow them. Enough said.the mun: So far nothing but a sweetheart

overall opinion: I absolutely adore them 10/10 will follow forever.
