Sort of! The chattering is part of the prey drive / prey reaction sequence, but I don’t think it correlates with them wanting to have their teeth on the prey. I actually haven’t run across anything that defines exactly what that behavior is or why it occurs in hunting or dreaming-of-hunting situations.
