Im baking Pompeii bread!

One will be baked in a dutch the other will not be. The one that is not has fresh rosemary and thyme in it as well. I've always wanted to bake some old old types of bread. Now that I got cash monies to do so I can. Dark rye, buckwheat, and whole wheat flour in equal portions. Next time I'll use just wheat. Or even... if I get oat flour... i can even use all those grains into bread.

Also. Cato the elder says to wash your damn hands.
