I spent 4+ hours downloading all of Bangtan’s tracks: covers, pre-debut, original members, etc … all of them. i had most of them before, but not all of them and now i do. i’m officially bangtan trash if i wasn’t before.

i’m gonna get to spend a lot of time at my favorite lighthouse this year since i’ll (finally) be getting my license and i can go there whenever!!!!

Notes: This was actually the first time that I’ve written fem!Romano, and it was actually a lot of fun:) I hope you like it!

"God, Antonio, could you be more stupid?" She’s right, probably. This might just be the dumbest thing he’s done yet, but it’s Valentine’s Day and he just wants to sing her a little song like he had planned on doing "It is the middle of the fucking night and you decide to wake me up just so you can sing to me," she practically seethes.

"I know, but it’s Valentine’s Day," he pouts. "I just wanted it to be special because I love you!" Antonio says that part a little too loud, and movement can be heard from her grandfather’s open window.

"You idiot," she whispers. "You know he doesn’t like you. Why can’t you just do this in the morning?" Chiara’s blushing a little, but she seems serious. "Go!" He actually contemplates leaving, since she’s right; her grandfather hates him (although he doesn’t know why, as he thinks he’s perfectly loveable). His conscience tells him that it would be best to leave.

But Antonio’s a little more stubborn than that, and his love (aka his stupidity) weighs out his logic.

"Why you gotta be so ruuuude—" he’s crooning instead of actually singing, and Chiara looks like she wants to wring his neck—which is really the normal look she usually gives him.

"I am going to fucking kill you, Antonio, do you want to be caught?"

"Shhh, I’m not finished with the song-" But then the light in her grandfather’s room turns on and he’s about to drop his guitar and run.

"Antonio," his voice calls out from the room. "If you’re not out of here in ten seconds I’m going to call the police."

"But Mr. Vargas, I was just trying to—"

"Ten."

Antonio’s eyes widen and Chiara looks like she’s about to either laugh or cry. He begins to run away but turns around and calls back, “I love you!”

"Nine!" Antonio starts running again, but he still feels happy that he at least wasn’t detained by the police again. He stops running when he’s about a block and a half away, and that’s when he hears a faint voice call back.

"I love you too, you idiot!" And then he hears the soft thump of a window closing. He smiles and considers that maybe this night wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been.

He sees her again the next morning when they meet in front of his house to head to school. “You really just want him to despise you, don’t you?” She asks after their hands link.

"No, I just really want him to know that I love you," Antonio says sweetly. Chiara scoffs, but smiles afterwards nonetheless.

"You are the cheesiest boyfriend ever, do you know that?"

"Yeah, but I’m your cheesy boyfriend." He squeezes her hand as he says that, and watches her face for her reaction (which could either be a soft smile or a punch in the gut, depending on the day). He’s finally relieved to see a smile and pink cheeks as a response.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Which is followed by a punch to his side. He notes, though, that it’s softer than usual, which means he must be growing on her by now.

Good, because they’ve been dating for at least a year.

I hope you liked it! I wasn’t really sure what you meant by ‘elaborate schemes’ or whatever, so I just kinda went to the singing. I hope that’s okay! I’m sorry that it’s kind of short, I just wasn’t really sure what else to do. So yeah. Happy Valentine’s Day!
