no, they come and go. i am extremely lucky in this aspect. i can go for weeks without a hallucination (that i notice), but then they'll be pretty regular for maybe a couple weeks too.
but the thing about having hallucinations is that it casts my entire reality into doubt. fortunately, a lot of the time, i can recognize a strange stimulus as a hallucination, but i have absolutely no way of knowing how many other things i'm experiencing aren't actually real. shit's tricky like that.
the delusions are constant.
