DEAR WRITERS OF FANFICTION,

Stop romantacizing rape. Please. It is never something that should be taken lightly. The character who is raped and “forgives and gets together” with the rapist is untrue and unrealistic. Stop.

Stop romantacizing kidnapping. Please. It’s fucking scary. It’s fucking creepy. Stop treating it as a romantic scenario when it clearly is against the character’s will. Especially Yanderes. Stop romantacizing them.

Stop romantacizing bullying. Please. And stop using the same personality for each of them. Stop thinking that your character has to be so nice to FORGIVE their bully.

Stop romantacizing slut shaming, self harm, abuse (in any shape or form).

Stop romantacizing death.

Stop portraying homosexuals or any other sexuality by their stereotypes.

Heed the advice I give you all. Please. I just read a fanfiction which I thought was going to be a fluffy one turn into a disgusting fanfic about rape and how the rapist was actually able to be forgiven by the character D U R I N G T H E S A M E N I G H T.
