We've always enjoy my #romastyle #PZZA that typically a 10" #za from #8ounce #pizzadough. This time I #homemade the #highhydrationdough with #tassos #evoo #greatrivermilling #organicmilling and #organicryeflour from #arrowheadmills #redstaractivedryyeast and #crystalsugar. They'll have #bulkfermentation for our #72hourpizzadough.
