Hey VA Family,
Due to all the recent hype and excitement around the new TV adaptation I’ve been reading a lot of fan fiction and finally decided to write my own!
I would love it if you could spare sometime to give it a read and let me know your thoughts. It’s the first ever fan fiction I’ve written so go easy on me please! I’ve got a general idea where I’d like this story to go but if you have any ideas or pointers I’d love to hear them ☺️

So, I've seen Vampire Academy. Finally.
All I can say is that it was exactly what I expected it to be. Fun, accurate portrayal of the books with a great vibe. I absolutely loved that they kept so many scenes from the books. I couldn't believe how many they actually kept. It was everything that a fan wishes to see. Was it perfect? No, but I think that was mainly because it's a low budget movie. I actually preferred that, because I think if this was a huge blockbuster somebody would have come and changed it so it was more appealing to everybody. But Vampire Academy doesn't aim for that. It stays raw and as true to the books as possible.
I will have to see it more times to remember everything because it is a pretty fast paced movie. That is probably the only flaw I could think of. It probably has something to do with the budget, but overall...I'm content. And freaking out about the Romitri scenes. Danila was perfect, just ahh. I really do wish we get Frostbite. Even if it's low budget.
after the release push back in the UK, the new Vampire Academy clip just made me want to cry tears of pain

"That's part of it," "But also…well, you and I will both be Lissa's guardians someday. I need to protect her at all costs. If a pack of Strigoi come , I need to throw my body between them and her.”
"I know that. Of course that's what you have to do."
"No. If I let myself love you, I won't throw myself in front of her. I'll throw myself in front of you.”
