Some media outlets are calling him a vigilante, others Robin Hood and I am calling him a proactive citizen. In Jackson, Mississippi, city resident Ron Chane was so sick and tired of the many potholes that were plaguing his area that he took asphalt that weeds were starting to grow out of on city grounds and began filling them. He and his girlfriend took to the streets with him filling the potholes in and she, smoothing them over. He did not stop there; he also left a message (reportedly for city government) to let them know that the holes had been filled by a citizen.
