“On a personal level, The Normal Heart and Angels in America came out at just the right time for them to really have imprinted on me as not just an artist, but a young gay man (at the time)  in an era of great social and political upheaval for us. I also really love the entire Tennessee Williams catalogue.” (Related info.)

“Confidence can be an attractive quality, but so many confuse it with arrogance and that’s not so attractive. On the other hand, there is such a thing as too awkward and endearing to the point when it becomes cloying... I would choose the latter but preferably? A little of both.”

If you would win a million dollars but lose the ability to eat any food, what food would you give up for a million dollars?

“Not that I need that much money, but I could stand to give up fish if it meant being out of debt. Besides, I’m Irish... I could survive on cabbage and potatoes if I really needed to. We’re a resilient people.

“Choosing drama school over literally anything else...”
