Finished the #ronhock knife kits from #hocktools .com. Two 5” chef’s knives and one 8” chef’s knife. #Padauk for the 5” and #madrone for the 8” and the low-profile knife-block. We’ve never used steel this sharp to prepare dinner. It’s quite an experience. I extended the length of the handle on the 8” kit with dyed epoxy.
