oh wow this adapted really beautifully in the anime. the rhythm of the action animated was real fuckin good with conveying this sequence of panels
one of the scariest things abt that makima power to me is that you feel something is wrong before it happens. its notjust an instant thing even if the actual crushing is at breakneck speed its that you feel uncomfortable and scared and off before it happens. literally horrific i love it
