“I don’t know this man, officer.” It did not matter if she was by the nearby area at the moment the incident occurred. A mere passerby can only offer so much at the time and she definitively could barely offer a proper input. She only heard yelling, loud noises and now she was being interrogated. 

It appeared to be that an man had been accused of breaking into the apartment of a person. The window was broken, curtains ripped and whatnot. Very dramatic! The police of the area were blaming a hooded man, tall and rugged. Seemed he was around the upper part of the building when the incident occurred. 

Now, wasn’t that convenient? 

“I can figure out if he did break inside that place, though.” Kyoko never missed an opportunity to obtain today’s payment and this situation was no exception. Justice was certainly a good motivation and there is an underlying satisfaction that comes from doing the right thing.... under the right price. “I will do so till either of you decide who will hire me first.”
