A poll because I am petty and also want to determine if my roommates are weird or if I'm the one who's weird

when you put knives (like steak knives/knives you chop veggies with) in the utensils rack in the dishwasher, do you

put them in with the blade facing down

put them in with the blade pointing up

not put them in the utensils rack/hand wash them

‘Advice’

For those who are college students, moving out of the dorms to save on living expenses or are newly graduated and are now up at somewhere else, try to live alone if you can. I’m not saying it’s easy. I’m not saying it’s cost efficient. Hell, it can even be a little lonely at times. What I can say is it’s worth it. Living with your friend(s) is always an attractive idea in theory but about half the time it’s just not going to work out, and not only do you squander away a great place but potentially also a friendship that probrobly means lot to you. Take it from someone who’s undergone this transformation twice now, it’s not worth the loss.

I don’t know how they do it, but my roommate and his girlfriend somehow manage to dirty every single fork in the house except the one I used at lunch. Pretty much every time they eat more than one meal here. Maybe we just need more forks... though it has happened with spoons before too.

I have a video playing loudly through my headphones, but I can still hear my roommate eating a fucking muffin. It’s a soft muffin, how the fuck is she eating it so loudly. It’s disgusting. Shes the loudest eater I’ve ever met. And she eats all the fucking time.
