Oh, how I love Thai food. My three favorite dishes that were featured at #RootsTech2022, Pad Thai, what I know as Pad See Ew - but she called it something else made with flat noodles and veggies, and sweet dessert. I made Pad Thai the other night and it came out ok, the sauce wasn't quite the same but everything else was. I love trying other cultural foods because I #chooseconnection to food and the taste that those countries can provide.
