I’m pretty sure my perception/understanding of reality is skewed as well. Actually I know it is. Do you have the problem of not being sure if something happened in a dream or for real?

Sometimes. I'm much more likely to mistake something that actually happened for a dream than vice versa. Sometimes this causes problems for me.
