Luca sighed as he leaned on the counter it was almost ten and the bar was practically empty. Normally at this hour this place would be packed but not many would be willing to come out here during this snow storm. At this rate he’d be stuck here over night. He pulled out his phone to answer a couple emails. The owner didn’t really mind as long as he wasn’t avoiding customers, in fact there weren’t many things that made his boss upset. Maybe he just had low standards since this place was a bit shady. Luca was fairly sure half these patrons were part of the mob, or some kind of gang. Discretion was very important here if you didn’t want to get your ass handed to you. It was far from the ideal job but it paid well, and for now that was enough. He heard the front door open and glanced at the clock it was 10:05 his regular was back. He gave the man a smile as the he took his place on his usual stool. “ What can I get you today?”
