Happy Easter, here's my new favourite holiday joke:
What's the difference between a cow and a crucifixion?
You can't milk a cow for 2000 years.
2 Corinthians 5:15 (NKJV) - and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
Sometimes the Christian faith is seen as a stale checklist of teachings. The church proclaims that Jesus died and rose again. And then he ascended into heaven. But what difference does that make for our lives? ...
~ Holy Week ~
Easter Sunday
God did not die or cease to exist when Jesus was put to death on the cross. He was truly God in human form—fully God, and yet also fully man. And as a man His body could die—but not His divine nature, because God is eternal. In other words, when Jesus was killed, His human body died and was placed in the tomb, but His divine nature lived on—just as someday your earthly body will die, but your soul or spirit will live on.
But Jesus was different from every other human being who has ever lived or ever will live—because His body did not stay in the grave! By the power of God, the chains of death were broken, and Jesus rose again from the dead. As Peter declared, “God raised him from the dead … because it was impossible for death to keep its hold on him” (Acts 2:24).
Make sure of your commitment to Jesus Christ—the risen Son of God. Then make Him the foundation and center of your family, from this moment on. Through Him we have forgiveness, and through Him we have hope —both now and forevermore.

It's beautiful agony that He believes it's not too late for me.
Texty Wext from Rose
"Sorry isn't enough tbh but I am. I honestly just want a truce. And the things I said to you were disgusting and I'm ashamed of them I hope you don't take any of them to heart because you are nice you've done not nice things but you are nice. As of now I'll try to ignore you and try not to fight."
So she's finally recognised that she's done something wrong? Good God. This is a revelation to all of us. At least she's apologised for her own actions for once, yet still manages to place some of the blame on me. I'm not quite sure what that's based on, but there you go. I texted back:
"You want a truce? That's down to you Rose, entirely. You're the one with the lies and the bullshit and the anger, I'm just getting on with my life. I don't care how drunk you were, being drunk excuses you for none of your actions."
Hopefully this might be an end to all this shit. We can but cross our fingers and wish.
