Rose and pomegranate custard
I almost forgot I got a request for a recipe! I was gonna wait until the next time I made some rose custard so I could take pictures as I went, but the rose flavor just came from a jelly I found at the local Asian market. For that, I would just suggest buying rose water or looking up recipes for jelly and applying it to... fresh-picked rose petals if you grow any fragrant varieties? (obviously don't do that for just any flower, just ones you know are edible) But I can post a custard recipe, as much as I can without using measurements (I never measure, I just go with what looks right). If you know how to make custard, all that's left is adding flavors.
I made rose custard last night and oh my god it’s so good. This is the perfect thing for a rainy day like today.
