Story & Life of Rose Golden Association
Rose Golden was created in September 2018 by four friends. First we worked as a collective, but we quickly moved to an official association status, able to curate and manage events with different partners.
The first thing we did was to co-organize the Young Creators Festival - 2019 Edition of Nogent-Sur-Marne’s MJC (House for Youth and Culture) in Paris suburban. The concept of this festival was to highlight creations of people aged from 18 to 25 years old. The festival took place during one month (winter 2019), with an art exhibition and 4 key moments : the opening dedicated to the exhibition, a night dedicated to fashion, a night dedicated to cinema, and the closing which was a big concert with upcoming artists and bands.
The success of these events led us to meet new partners. The same year, in July, we co-organized with Me-tech production a concert with various upcoming artists, hosted in the cultural space 6B near Paris.
As the main coordinator of Rose Golden, I was overseeing the production steps of the events and managing the planning and resources of Rose Golden team. I’ve also participated in the artistic direction, content creation and installation of the venues.
Through Rose Golden, we then worked on the Lumières documentary project (see the dedicated page).
Unfortunately, the activity of the association came to an end due to the worldwide pandemic.
