Hi! 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
I've noticed that some people, when observing their thoughts, narrate them (does that make sense? 🤔), that is, they comment on the thoughts as they observe them. But isn't that just another way of thinking? (I saw a couple of posts where people claimed that doing this helped them enter a state of emptiness)
If life is an illusion, then who is judging? Thats just another way of identifying with another type of personality (illusion). Observing doesnt mean to judge or add to the thoughts, you simply let them pass, not giving them importance, you don’t agree or disagree, you dont fight them or surrender to them, because theyre not real.
“The state of emptiness” or the “void state” isn’t something you reach, theres no gap in the first place. you just become aware of it. Whether you like to use “methods” or not thats up to you but this emptiness is just there and to call it state implies it can go and come or that there are other states, there arent, pure awareness is everything, its absolute. You dont reach it.
When they just let their thoughts pass it gets less and less until they whole illusion stops. And theres nothing but pure awareness.
