So this is cause these awesome blogs had a thingy for lovers of the RTD era of DW to write a poem so here it is:

Lost Time

The clock is forever ticking until a time where our minds are shut.

Goodbyes are still hard even when they are sealed with unspoken words

And even harder when the clock goes back.

Because to go back you must put your life on rewind

You must watch the hours twist away and watch

Watch as the time runs out.

Watch your lovers hand slip from yours

Watch time fade away because time is irrelevant to goodbye.

The time you spent

Watching his eyes smile as he changes

Watching his hand in yours

Watching as he whispers

Run.

Running from your past is fatal

And loosing him is deadly.

The clock goes on

Time keeps moving

The universe keeps breathing dust into stars

And closing doors.

And in the back of her mind,

As the image fades from her

One final time, she tells herself

Run.

Because no matter how far the distance

No matter how long the journey

She will always find her way to his heart.

So run.
