By the bye, is it just me or are the Rosharans surprisingly chill and unperturbed about meeting aliens (people from other planets) and also someone who claims to be ten thousand years old (Hoid)?
Like people get a little impressed sometimes but the vibe is like "cool, that's a little wild! But sure that might as well exist." and then just carry on adapting plans and perspectives to account for the new information.
Are we missing the crashouts? Are they just too gobsmacked by everything that's happened with "Honor is dead" and the Everstorm and the Fused and the Heralds and Radiants and so on that it's just another drop in the crazy pot? How do they find it so easy to accept "people from other planets" being in and around Roshar?
